Research interests
My primary research interest is the genetic basis of adaptation. I would like to know more about the number and types of genetic differences that underlie adaptive differences, and understand their evolutionary dynamics. I use a combination of empirical and theoretical approaches, ranging from gene mapping in Arabidopsis thaliana, to the development of basic population genetics models. For more information, see the lab research projects and our list of papers.
